client solutions (technical & capture analysis, including SaaS options; proposal oversight; C-level participation), identifying and cultivating
relationships with partners, and ongoing education of team regarding latest regulations, policies and procedures.
FANEUIL, INC (MARCH 2014 – JANUARY, 2015) – VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (TEMPORARY POSITION)
Expansion of business opportunities within existing verticals (transportation, healthcare, utilities) and derivative markets (Health & Human
Services, Staffing, Public-Private Roadway tolling and Parking), for a $140 million call center and BPO. Responsible for organizing strategic
partnerships within each market, including teaming arrangements and subcontractors (MBE, 8a, SDVOB). Reorganized capture-management
process, including RFP staff and procedures, and hired sales professionals within each vertical. Managed sales specialists in tolling and
healthcare verticals.
Obtained 3 contract awards - totaling $14 million annual revenue – in 2014 (California Health Benefit Exchange - healthcare, Town of Palm
Beach – staffing, and North Texas Toll Authority - tolling).
ADVANCED CALL CENTER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (2010 – MARCH, 2014) – DIRECTOR, GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS
Responsible for introducing government contracts into the overall business mix of $145 million call center enterprise. Primary vertical in
healthcare (exchanges, claims management, plan enrollment, TriCare), and a secondary emphasis within financial markets (specifically,
Electronic Benefit Card customer service).
· Responsible for identification of pre-RFP opportunities; met with Contract Officers in efforts to shape RFP requirements;

Oversight, direction, development and program expansion of a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Responsibilities included management of staff, budget,
fundraising, developing relationships with associated entities, planning and execution of educational programs, production and promotion of
foundation magazine (The Freeman, 10 issues/yr), and oversight of facilities.

Federal Covers & Textiles specialized in the manufacture of textile products for the Department of Defense. Product range included aerial
delivery harness systems, ballistic vests, artillery covers and individual MOLLE gear. Scope of responsibilities covered management of all
areas of the company, with special emphasis on Development and Operations:
DEVELOPMENT responsibilities:

Map Applications, Inc. was the developer of GeoVoter™, a software suite combining mapping software with voter files and other user
selected databases to assist political candidates in voter-targeting and legislators in the redistricting process.
• Managed the development and sales of voter targeting and redistricting software to statewide political parties, Congressmen,
Senators, candidates, PACs and interest groups, resulting in $3 million first year sales.
• Advised legislators and candidates on voter file analysis and targeting techniques.
• Conducted client training in application of GeoVoter.
• Developed nationwide voter file and appended select demographic data, resulting in add-on sales.

NC REPUBLICAN PARTY (1997 - 1999) - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The North Carolina Republican Party functions to provide advice and support to candidates and legislators at all levels of elected office,
from local offices to gubernatorial. During Federal elections (House, Senate & Presidential) the NCGOP coordinates with the NRCC (National
Republican Congressional Committee), NRSC (Senate Committee) and RNC to implement strategies for candidates. The Executive Director is
tasked with administrative functions, candidate recruitment, fundraising, implementing election plans and compliance reporting with the
Federal Election Commission.
GENERAL MEDICAL CORPORATION, ACUTE CARE (1991 - 1997) - ACUTE CARE MANAGER
General Medical Corporation is a medical/surgical supplier for the acute, primary and extended care markets. Within each market the
manager was tasked with promoting and driving compliance on group purchasing contracts.
